We are proud to announce that our restaurant “La Rose Blanche” has won the Citizen Enterprise Prize 2024, awarded by Cap48 and the RTBF. This recognition celebrates our commitment to humanity and our solidarity project “Happy Roose.” Merci à nos clients, partenaires et à la ferme Nos Pilifs pour leur soutien. Together, we continue to prioritize local products and short supply chains, creating a positive and sustainable impact in our community.

The chef makes it a point of honor to incorporate Belgian beers into certain recipes for local dishes. Treat yourself and come and taste our beer-flavoured cuisine, such as Cod à la Blanche de Bruges, Duck Breast à la Kriek, Fricassee of Rabbit à la Gueuze or Mussels à la Triple Grimbergen.
