Our concept
La Rose Blanche, more than just a restaurant.
Located in a listed house on Brussels’ Grand-Place, a UNESCO World Heritage site, La Rose Blanche unites history, gastronomy, and human passion. Our chef celebrates authentic Belgian cuisine: mussels in all their forms, the true waterzooi, and Flemish beef stew slow-cooked with beer. Belgian beer is not only served, it is also integrated into our recipes, as a tribute to a unique brewing heritage.
On the terrace, facing one of the most beautiful squares in the world, or in the warm atmosphere of our historic dining room, every meal becomes an immersion in the soul of Brussels.
But La Rose Blanche is also a solidarity project. With Happy Roose, we highlight young people with disabilities or social difficulties and integrate them into our team. This initiative, awarded the CAP48–RTBF Belgian Company of the Year prize in 2024, reflects our conviction that hospitality is above all a profession of passion and humanity.
We work with trusted partners such as Ferme Nos Pilifs, who share our values of quality and respect for tradition. Here, everything is homemade, everything is genuine, and every dish tells a story of Brussels.
